Mermaid Session Guide

Thank you for booking your mermaid session!

Here are a few things tips and info for your session:

What to wear: I will be providing the mermaid tail and top in the color and size you requested. Please come with your child already dressed in their own swim suit bottom or tight shorts. When you get here, I will give you the mermaid top to put on and the tail will slide over their legs.

Suggestions for hair: Mermaids typically wear their hair down and loose. To get that mermaid “wave”, you can have your mermaid wear their hair in braids before your session and take them out right before the portraits. I will also provide the shell crown and starfish hair clips. Again, these are just suggestions, so please wear your hair the way you would like….you will look beautiful either way!

Where session will take place: Your session will take place at a small beach directly south of Marineland. Address of Marineland is 9600 North Ocean Shore Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080. As soon as you pass Marineland, there is a small beach on your left. There is a small parking lot right next to the boardwalk. Please meet me on the boardwalk, I will be there at the tables.

Session time: Since these are 20 minute mini sessions, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This is to ensure that everyone stays on schedule and has their allotted time. You will need a little time to get into your mermaid outfit. Please note that arriving later than your scheduled time could result in loosing your time slot without refund as there may be a client directly right after your time.
